Alex Lapasaran has lived in Northern Nevada since 1988. He joined Digestive Health Associates in 2004. Currently, he is finishing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Alex is a co-founder of the Nevada Hepatitis C Task Force and an active member of the Nevada Hepatitis Advisory Committee.

His medical interests include viral hepatitis and general gastroenterology. Alex also works closely with the Hepatologists and Liver Transplant Centers at Stanford University and the California Pacific Medical Center. His research activities, in collaboration with Stanford University, have been presented at the Digestive Diseases Week, the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases conferences.

Alex is blessed with a loving wife and wonderful daughter. The family enjoys golf, camping and boating in the summer, as well as skiing in the winter.

Laura Hay joined Digestive Health Associates in 2008. Her interests include the full breadth of gastroenterology, as well as women’s health.

When Laura is not at Digestive Health Associates caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, listening to music and reading.

Alison Clark is a native of Reno and joined Digestive Health Associates in 2004. Her medical interests include the full spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease.

In her leisure time, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is interested in physical fitness and spending time with her extended family.
